Architect Samuel Maclure designed a Sun Room addition to Benvenuto in 1911. His drawings of the original Sun Room floor plan and many interior features still exist.

Sun Room Extension, 1919

In 1919 Samuel Maclure designed a “Sun Room Extension” to the original 1911 Sun Room addition to Benvenuto.
